If you choose to buy liquid apple cider vinegar, try it in these recipes:

Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 cup apple-cider vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and let stand at least 4 hours (preferably longer).

Apple cider vinegar diet
Organic Broccoli & Apple salad
Organic lettuce & sprouts
1 stalk of organic broccoli
1/2 organic apple
1 Tbsp. soaked raw organic sunflower seeds-soaked for 6-8hrs
Dulse powder or flakes
Organic cold pressed olive oil & flax seed oil
Raw organic apple cider vinegar
Steam broccoli flowers until crisp tender. Peel broccoli stalks, slice and add to washed lettuce & sprouts. Core and chop apple and add to salad along with drained sunflower seeds. Let broccoli cool then add to salad. Sprinkle dulse powder or flakes generously over the salad then add organic cold pressed olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Orange Vinaigrette
1/3 cup orange juice, fresh
1/4 cup Organic Olive Oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Blend ingredients vigorously. Allow to stand one hour before serving. Some like to add honey. Will make 1 cup.Apple cinnamon vinegar
Apple cinnamon vinegar is ideal for pâté and for the refinement of salads.
1l apple cider vinegar
200g apple slices
0.2l apple juice
10 cinnamon rolls
Crush the cinnamon rolls and mix with the apple cider vinegar, the apple slices, and the apple juice. Let sit for three weeks to bring out the fine taste of cinnamon.
